Infosys is seeking Java Full stack Application Support Administrator. This Candidate will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency for Service operations. You will respond to issues assigned, do analysis, suggest/implement work around, communicate to all stakeholders and close issue as per agreed timelines in order to meet the Service Level Agreements(SLA). This Candidate will participate in activities related to requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design and assign tasks to team for implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or Chesterbrook, PA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Java Full stack Application Support.
• Experience in supporting applications in Java, Angular, Spring boot, Oracle, Postgres DB and development environment
• Experience in troubleshooting the Web applications - Monolith and Microservices hosted on the AWS cloud.
• Experience in handling certificate renewals, traverse through various logging tools like Splunk and Observability tools like Honeycomb and AppDynamics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Use Splunk queries adeptly to pinpoint the issue and lead the resolution by working within and other necessary teams (Infrastructure, Network, Security, etc)
• Knowledge of overall infrastructure like server-Linux/Unix, Databases, AWS cloud
• Experience with ITSM, SDLC, Project Life Cycle, Scrum, Kanban and ITIL.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
