Infosys is seeking an Associate Practice Client Partner for its Engineering Services Practice and within the Industrial + Hi Tech Manufacturing portfolio. The Associate Practice Engagement Manager (APEM) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The APEM works together with their manager (PEM/Senior PEM) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the APEM handles a single account or part of a large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10 million.

Role Description:
  • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10mm, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
  • In this role, the leader will accomplish sales forecasts and goals by developing marketing opportunities and plans, devising a joint sales strategy with the industry specific sales teams, implement the joint sales plans, manage and develop practices (Integrated Product Development, Digital Thread, PLM, Factory Automation / Smart Manufacturing) to achieve, carry a sales target
  • Develop the Industrial and Hi-Tech market for Infosys Engineering service offerings by designing , developing, and executing the sales plan in line with the annual / quarterly objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Hi Tech or Manufacturing background with a deep understanding of Engineering service offerings not limited to Product Development , NPD/NPI , Manufacturing Operations Management; Cloud Offerings in Engineering space will be desirable
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Experience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing deals

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Engineering services partner ecosystem, exposure to PTC, Dassault Systems, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, ARAS, Critical Manufacturing is desirable
  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Global Delivery Model experience
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
