Your Role and Responsibilities
The Business Process Enablement Leader is responsible for driving and optimizing business processes across the organization to improve efficiency, enhance the event strategist planning and execution experience and achieve business objectives and outcomes. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to analyze, design, implement, and continuously improve event business processes. The leader will collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership across functions to ensure seamless execution of process changes while ensuring the event disciplne remains educated and audit ready.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Lead cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure processes support business objectives and drive innovation.
Technology Integration: Identify pain points within busness process for CIO to automate.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess process effectiveness and report on progress.
Communication & Education: Work with the education and comms teams to ensure consistent process execution.
This role will act as a key liaison between the CIO office, ensuring that changes to the business process are clearly communicated and reflected across our global event process documentation and w3 pages resulting in an audit ready documented process.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Four (4) years or more experience in marketing or related role
• Two (2) years or more experience in event marketing
• Experience with event and/or marketing platforms including Rainfocus, CVENT, Airtable, Marketo, etc. preferred
• Ability to think strategically and to manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
• Guides functional objectives or technologies, provides leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail
• High energy, independent worker, self-starter, resourceful, and problem-solver
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, managing resources and several projects simultaneously
• Provides advice and guidance to other professionals
• Passionate about developing client advocates around IBM's product portfolio
• Fluent English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Master's degree in a related field, preferred
• Experience with event and/or marketing platforms including Rainfocus, CVENT, Airtable, Marketo, etc. preferred
