Senior Sales Engineer

Mission statement:

Responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will have in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components. (High voltage and medium voltage level), ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and drawings. (Single Line Diagram), proficiency in using relevant software and tools for electrical engineering (CAD) and proven track record in sales, particularly in the electrical systems industry and utility.
  • You will have strong negotiation and closing skills, ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • You will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, strong organizational skills and attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • You will have ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions, ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
  • You will have flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and site visits, experience in leading and mentoring junior sales engineers, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and strong leadership and motivational skills.

Your background:

  • Obtained relevant education qualification, i.e. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience.
  • Prefer working experience for High voltage substation.
  • Proactive and Self-motivated under variety of challenges, strategic thinking skills with creativity and strong leadership and passion to explore new business.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Goof interpersonal skills and communication skills (Thai English).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
