We are looking for a Project HSE Manager will report directly to the Project Director and functionally to the Global Head of HSE Operations. Their focus will be on the strategic HSE objectives of the project and contractual obligations, ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance are achieved, monitored &
maintained; driving continuous improvement in all areas of HSE.

Requirements - Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience of HSE Management in Project of similar size and complexity or other similar proven capacity.
  • Organisational & Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
  • Conversant with ISO 45001.
  • Qualified to Diploma Level (Level 6) in HSE Management
  • Member of IOSH (GradIOSH)
  • CSCS Professionally Qualified Person
  • Knowledge of HSE Legislation for Construction Activities (Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015)
  • Experience drafting HSE technical documentation (minimum of 3 years)
  • IT: Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile & Microsoft Teams

Desirable

  • HV Power Systems experience during Installation and Commissioning
  • Internal Auditor Training certification in ISO 45001 will be advantageous
  • Formal Incident Investigation Training
