Your responsibilities:

• You will be familiar with the workshop contract management and cooperate with the workshop contract management personnel to implement the work.
• You will learn the production of insulation workshop products."
• You will be involved project orders to build projects, download customer drawings, sort out customer purchase lists.
• You will inform customers in advance to pick up the goods and prepare shipping documents (invoice, packing list, DN)
• You will be working on clarification of drawing issues and clarification of customer after-sales issues.
• You will act according to the needs of the department to complete the temporary arrangement of related work.
• You will learn the 5S management theory in IKC workshop.
• You will learn the production management of insulation products.
• You will improve analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills.

• You hold a degree and have a guarantee on at least 5 days of internship per week.
• Contract management internship experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Viso, PPT and other office software.
• Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, positive working attitude, practical, careful and patient.
• Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Basic English reading ability is required.
