Here at GXO, we're recruiting Lead Warehouse Operativesto join our team in Thatcham, working in partnership with a prestigious, high-performance running footwear and apparel brand.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, predominately Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required as you will be required to work one Sunday every 4 weeks. The working hours will rotate weekly between 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:00 - 22:30.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Support the Team Leaders with the daily supervision of Operatives and agency staff in line with operational requirements
- Ensure systems are utilised to enable the operation to run on a daily basis (JD Edwards, Excel, Webfocus, Outlook)
- Work with the Team Leaders to ensure that the shift runs according to set targets, deadlines, and customer requirements
- Develop the team through regular performance conversations and ad hoc training
- Previous experience in similar role within logistics essential
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office Apps
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility in your approach - we do have peak seasons!
