At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun - and we do it all together.
Responsibilities
- Develop systems that build on our powerful video content matching system to provide YouTube's media partners and individual creators with the control over their content and personal attributes used in YouTube videos that they demand (and in many cases are required by law).
- Help solve problems (e.g., develop a tool to show partners within minutes of upload fake videos that concern them) and end-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems (e.g., how do we reduce the number of claims we send to partners to review without impacting precision?, how can we use historic claim behaviour between a partner and channel to make better claiming decisions?).
