Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising and managing digital advertising campaigns with DV360 or a similar product
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Excellent strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

The Programmatic Media team collaborates closely with leading advertisers and agencies to craft tailored solutions that help businesses and brands flourish in the programmatic arena. Our unique position enables us to shape how businesses drive growth in this transformative era. As strategic partners, we work directly with our clients, developing and executing strategies that connect them with their audiences through sight, sound, and motion.

In this role, you will drive Programmatic Media growth via DV360 through competitive selling into key named accounts. You will be expected to drive Programmatic growth strategy plans in conjunction with Large Customer Sales (LCS) pods and other specialists including the YouTube sales team. Furthermore, you will develop key relationships with client marketing teams who focus on Display, Video, TV, Audio, and more. You will consult customers on meeting their goals across a variety of channels while also helping them navigate the changing Privacy landscape and current and emerging marketing tech.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Programmatic Media growth using DV360 through competitive business to key accounts.
