Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with account management, sales, or marketing in a team setting.
- Experience in areas such as online ad sales, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales.
- Knowledge of Google Ads.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain focus on details where needed, with the ability to complete high-quality work.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive outcomes for a strategic plan for managed accounts such as identifying customer needs, campaign or product implementation, optimization, product adoption and expansion, and core account hygiene as a key contributor.
- Craft and deliver solutions to agencies to achieve their business objectives and drive business growth for Google.
- Partner with agencies and help drive relationships in order to work towards mutual business objectives, make contributions to building, growing, and maintenance of relationships to help manage agencies.
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the sales, business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot agency problems with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution, driving the identification of agency needs, and translating objectives into performance strategy.
