Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in managing organization wide training and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Experience in high-level administrative support to the Google Standard Services (GSS) leadership.
  • Experience in collaborating with a diverse range of individuals, building relationships and contributing with a sense for team well-being and creativity for team events.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of the business, process, project and program management practices, with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.

In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organisational deadlines.
  • Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external partners, appropriately handling confidential information as necessary.
  • Co-lead the Google Standard Services (GSS) Culture Club, with a focus on belonging.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events and activities. In addition to managing opex and budgeting for the Travel and Expenses, Spot Bonus and Fun budgets.
  • Coordinate and draft internal communications including newsletters, team correspondence, town hall deck creation.
