We are adding a team lead to the Global Networks team! The Team Lead - Provider Finance balances provider support with team coordination and oversight. The Team Lead is responsible for assisting management in providing quality and efficient service to contracted providers through the daily management of the Provider Finance Team case assignments, analyzes trends in claims issues, and develops solutions to reduce volume and/or increase efficiency. The Team Lead - Provider Finance will also ensure that all provider inquiry turn-around-times are met and is responsible for provider retention relevant to claims and business issues.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees Provider Finance case management and assists in daily Provider Finance case assignments.

• Collaborates with Supervisor - Provider Finance and Manager - Global Networks to identify solutions to trending escalated claims issues and implements determined solutions with the rest of the Provider Finance team.
• Acts as escalation point of contact to team members regarding contracted provider claims issues.
• Builds and maintains relationships with contracted doctors and hospitals.
• Works effectively with colleagues in Client Management, Claims, Finance, and Global Service Center to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participates in monthly Provider Relations/Claims meeting with Supervisor - Provider Finance to discuss issues and opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
• May participate in new hire interviews.
• Works closely with Supervisor - Provider Finance to motivate, mentor, and coach Provider Finance team members.
• Directly manages high-profile and/or complex provider finance cases.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Claims and/or provider billing experience required.
• Multi-lingual skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to manage complex client issues successfully and independently on a time-sensitive basis.
• Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get desired results.
• Attend, and at times conduct, scheduled team meetings.
• Ability to work effectively with international providers and internal staff.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Substantial international travel or expatriate experience.
• Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
Working Conditions:
• Flexibility to work in an office and/or at-home, remote office environment.
• Overtime and/or schedule flexibility are occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to attend key business/departmental meetings and/or perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.
Competitive base pay starting at $27.04/hr. Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role.
