Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The Supervisor, Reporting Center Of Excellence (COE) serves as a key leader in designing and implementing innovative reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights for our business partners and help them make critical business decisions.

As the leader of the Reporting COE, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated reporting and data analytics professionals at Manila, Philippines. Your team will play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives and improving our business processes by ensuring that our business partners get accurate insights by developing automated reports and dashboard as well as helping them make use of data analysis tools.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for intake, assessment, prioritization, build and support activities for automation and insights for business partners.
- Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes.
- Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global projects that impact the results of the company.
- Develop an understanding of the business by facilitating workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, and translating them into world class processes and technology enablers.
- Develop and present training materials to a global audience.
- Report out on team's performance to the leadership on a regular basis.
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics or related field.
- A bachelor's in information technology, Sales & Marketing, Business or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as a people leader.
- Strong client service skills, ability to listen and action the voice of the customer.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results.
- Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results.
- Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
- Highly motivated and willing to learn and te on new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
