Key Requeriments:
-Educational background: All Engineering related or Business Management bachelor's degree.
-English proficiency is a requirement due to the role you will have permanent communication in English for phone calls, presentations, face to face interactions and email.
-Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.
-Availability to role shifts 06:00- 15:30 Hrs. 09:00-18.30 Hrs. 15:30-23:50 Hrs.

- Demonstrate expertise in knowledge of processes necessary to perform work effectively using standardized methods.

- Motivates your direct work team and/or business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development and recognition.
- High level of assertive communication at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge and application of the Global Manufacturing System (GMS).
- Achieves safety, personnel, quality, responsiveness and cost key performance indicators.
- Promote safe work practices and achieve ergonomics, health and safety objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with employees, union representatives and management team by fostering a positive workplace. Ensure team members receive appropriate training.
- Evaluate team member productivity on a daily basis.
- High frustration tolerance.
- Desirable to have experience with people in your charge.
