Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute your assigned portfolio's product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and cross-functional partners.

Product Development
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver new product lines and enhancements that meet high technical and usability standards.
- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and systems, ensuring seamless interoperability within the product ecosystem.
- Define and implement best practices for product development, leveraging customer feedback and market insights to guide decisions.
Market Analysis and Innovation
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.

- Serve as a thought leader and company representative at industry events and with external stakeholders.
Go-To-Market Support
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful GTM launches, including messaging, positioning, and readiness planning.
- Provide product expertise and training to enable sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to drive adoption and engagement.
Operational and Financial Management
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and team effectiveness.
- Manage resources and budgets to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure all product development efforts align with strategic and financial goals.
Qualifications
Experience
- 15+ years in product management or a closely related field, with demonstrated success in building and launching impactful products.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role, managing product teams and defining strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new product lines that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Technical Expertise
- Experience overseeing API development and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless technical implementation.
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks and tools, with a focus on scalable and secure solutions.
Skills and Competencies

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $220,000 and $250,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to,
the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and
experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
