As Senior Manager, Leadership Development Programs, you will join the WI Leadership Development team in designing and delivering leadership development experiences.
The Role
In this role, you will serve as the primary owner for specific leadership development programs in the portfolio. You will:
- Own the end-to-end experience and implementation for specific programs, including operations, strategy, facilitation, community-building, and assessment
- Build and deliver presentations; facilitate interactive program sessions; design and facilitate one-time group activities for business partners
- Help drive the design of new programming, products and services as part of the overall WI Leadership Development strategy
- Develop expertise in leadership development frameworks, coaching approaches and facilitation styles; and support business partners looking for leadership development solutions
- Drive participant recruitment with stakeholders and target audiences; draft and send communications to program applicants, participants, alumni and partners

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Relevant experience with program management, preferably in learning and/or leadership; outstanding program management skills and the ability to run and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Advanced skills in facilitating engaging discussions and learning experiences with both large and small audiences; comfortable being in high-visibility contexts, at times with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to develop new programming supporting overall strategic and learning objectives
- Collaborative and communicative approach to building relationships with key collaborators and business partners
- Creative and curious mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including shaping executive-ready presentations and handling tough questions
- Data literacy skills, ability to help measure and evaluate program impact as well as explain it to others, as well as inform future program development
- Demonstrated interest in leadership development, coaching and/or training
- Skills in marketing, communications, MIRO and other interactive tools, human-centered design, or instructional design a plus
