Job Description:

The Role

As part of the Marketing Program Management Office, the Marketing Program Manager plays a key role in the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables by considering the goals and objectives of the program and helping identify program milestones and their sequencing. The Program Manager creates timelines, tracks deliverables, identifies key milestones, and can communicate concise and accurate requirements for projects to all stakeholders.

  • Collaborates with marketing-wide partners on cross-channel teams, within our shared service organizations, and with our third-party media agency, to manage marketing campaign deliverables, including trafficking media assets.
  • Manages all facets of cross-channel marketing execution, including email and internal banner display, collateral, video, and external media opportunities, among others, via workflow tools.
  • Adept at helping teams prioritize deliverables, driving project effectiveness, and process efficiencies.
  • Maintains or contributes to key marketing artifacts, including calendars, roadmaps for program visibility and planning documents to enable prioritization discussions.
  • Participates and helps lead cross-functional team meetings and uses workflow management tools to help maintain team's work.

  • Self-directed with strong program management skills in creating timelines, identifying key milestones, giving clear direction, and maintaining open communication with team members and partners.
  • Motivated to identify innovation and automation opportunities to drive efficiency in workflow management.
  • Anticipates, and works to eliminate or minimize, potential challenges and issues.
  • Adept at problem solving with a keen interest in finding and sharing process efficiencies.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
  • Successful experience in a professional environment; 3+ years' marketing/agency experience desired.
  • BA/BS with significant coursework in advertising, production, creative and/or marketing.

The Team

As part of the Marketing Program Management team, the Marketing Program Manager plays a pivotal role on our fast-paced team! Clear communication is essential as you will work closely with business partners, marketing channel leaders, copywriters, designers, media, development, and QA teams to deliver award-winning marketing communications across all channels. This specific role is embedded into the Wealth Management Marketing Team, which is dedicated to providing marketing communications to our Wealth Management clients.
