Position Summary
Everbridge has a small number of key partners that the Company intends to expand relationships with and build out a Strategic Alliance program. The Strategic Alliance Executive will lead up to two of these key relationships, seeking business opportunities to create new offerings using the partners services and Everbridge software to expand the go-to-market opportunity for both Parties, while building enhanced and comprehensive solutions for customers.

The Strategic Alliance Executive will come from an alliance management background, having successfully built and marketed joint offers with other software companies and their partners. The individual will have a robust understanding of the dynamics of managing successful alliances and possess strong business acumen including understanding the foundations of how successful alliances are built and managed. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how to build a solution with a 3rd party, creating the win/win economics necessary to support a business partnership.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven alliance formation methodology and relatable examples during the interview process.

What you'll do:

  • Prospecting within Alliance Partner: Identify key personnel within the Alliance Partner, working with them to create engagement opportunities and demand for joint solutions
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Alliance Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with Alliance Partners and customers of the Alliance understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Everbridge software offerings and the Alliance partners offerings to be able to position the value of a joint solution
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales enablement, service delivery, marketing, product, and customer success

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years in Alliance Management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of climate risk management and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $118,000 - $150,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
