We are looking for a seasoned Test Manager to lead the implementation and management of our Next Generation Product (NGP) Quality Assurance framework across all workstreams.

You will be responsible for ensuring product quality goals, priorities, and compliance with industry standards are met while providing strategic direction and support to QA Leads and testers from various brands and workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Create and implement the NGP Quality Assurance framework in alignment with product quality goals
- Coordinate with QA Leads and/or testers to provide guidance on test scenario writing, test execution, and evaluation of E2E functionalities
- Establish KPIs to measure product quality across all test phases
- Report key defects metrics through test reports, dashboarding, and visualization to the CORE team and Business/Technology stakeholders
- Lead Defect Triage and Defects prioritization calls with all products/streams QA representatives
- Coordinate with involved streams to ensure timely delivery of critical/blocking defects and maintain program RAG status
- Assess risks to product quality E2E and develop strategies to mitigate risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide training and development opportunities for the POS CORE Team QAs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Management or similar role in Quality Assurance
- Proven background in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks
- Expertise in test scenario writing and test execution
- Understanding of dashboarding, visualization, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting techniques
- Proficiency in handling multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Background in training and skill development for QA teams
- Capability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of industry standards related to software product quality and compliance
