We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce, its products, and the surrounding ecosystem to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Axtria and Pitcher platforms with Salesforce, leveraging expertise in seamless data flow and process automation
- Design and implement solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the integrated ecosystem
- Configure and optimize document generation, contract management, and e-signature processes within Salesforce using Conga solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Platform Automation, Apex, and integration methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Component, Sales, Service, CLM, and CPQ solutions
- Background in Experience Cloud and Salesforce Security measures
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in a lead role
- Expertise in integrating Axtria, Pitcher, and Conga platforms within a Salesforce environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship and guidance to development teams
