Responsibilities
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and promptly in SAP, with thorough review for correct coding, necessary supporting documentation, and approvals
- Perform reconciliations of vendor statements and relevant transactions to guarantee precision in aging reports
- Address vendor queries and work in tandem with the Procurement team and vendors to investigate, reconcile and amend discrepancies on vendor accounts
- Examine and manage employees' expense reports using Concur
- Assist the AP team in assorted projects and duties as required
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Background in Accounts Payable role with a minimum of 3 years experience demonstrates professionalism along with meticulous attention to details
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Concur
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana and Zendesk or other ticketing systems
- Showcase of robust problem-solving abilities and understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Capability to perform autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Competency in managing time and organizing efficiently
- Eagerness to embrace new systems, processes, and skill development
- Fluent English language skills at a B2+ proficiency level
