We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to be part of our Commercial Tech team, with a focus on Ad Platforms and Privacy.
The selected individual will be critical in optimizing ad performance through predictive analytics. The successful candidate will examine significant advertising metrics to devise models that deliver recommendations for ad settings, thereby improving viewability, CTR, and revenue results.

Responsibilities
- Analyze the flow of ad delivery data from initiation to execution
- Pinpoint inefficiencies within ad performance
- Construct a predictive model for advising on ideal ad settings utilizing key metrics like viewability, CTR, and revenue impact
- Engage with business and engineering teams to convert data analysis into strategies that can be implemented
- Commit to creating and presenting a Proof of Concept in 3 months that demonstrates the model's efficacy
- Employ machine learning models for optimization and recommendation purposes
- Simplify complex data insights into user-friendly business recommendations
- Independently handle research, roadmap development, and implementation of AI/ML in the ad tech domain
- Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external partners
- Guarantee the punctual completion of the PoC within agreed timelines

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive modeling, ideally in AdTech
- 1+ years in a relevant leadership role
- Competency in Python, R, SQL
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau
- Understanding of machine learning, predictive algorithms, tools, and techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Robust analytical abilities and attentiveness to details
- Outstanding skills in communication and interpersonal relations
- Experience in privacy-focused ad targeting and metrics
- Prior involvement in Advertising Technology with insights into ad execution workflows
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB)
- Experience in deploying HuggingFace models
