Overview
This role will provide financial leadership and support for Enovis' US Surgical business units. Responsible for managing daily financial reporting and analysis activities, delivering financial and operational results, periodic financial and/or operational reviews, managing forecasts and budget processes, business development support, and driving continuous improvement and improved efficiency.

Reports To: Director, US Surgical Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the day-to-day financial management activities of supported OPEX functions, in-line with Company financial objectives
- Manage annual budget process and monthly forecast process for OPEX
- Key contributor to the strategic planning process
- Deliver high quality, accurate, timely, and insightful financial and operational analysis and reporting to US Surgical leadership and corporate FP&A
- Partner with business function leaders to help them plan, forecast and manage OPEX performance
- Ensure accurate and complete monthly financial/accounting close for US Surgical OPEX
- Audit support and maintenance of SOX schedules
- Ad hoc analyses and other duties as required
Continuous improvement initiatives:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives surrounding the forecast process including forward-looking trend analysis and establishing leading indicators to drive forecast attainment
- Maintain oversight of standard operating procedures for the ongoing finance workstreams that supports the business
- On an as needed basis, may be asked to assist other members of the finance team in new system implementation efforts, research projects, and new transaction, merger, or acquisition evaluation, accounting and integration
- Maintain documentation of the financial work streams of the group
- Drive process standardization to improve efficiency
Minimum Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years in a corporate financial reporting or public accounting equivalent environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, while prioritizing the critical items across multiple businesses to achieve results
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals across functions and at all organizational levels, including executive management and global personnel
- Proficient in US GAAP
- Establishing and maintaining an effective internal control environment
- Experienced in Oracle, Hyperion/HFM, or similar systems
Travel: Monthly or quarterly in-person business partner meetings.
