Work you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement efficient ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into Salesforce.
- Utilize Talend, SSIS, and Informatica to develop scalable, reliable, and optimized ETL solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Ensure ETL solutions handle large data volumes, complex transformations, and error-free migrations.
- Map data from legacy systems to Salesforce by understanding data structures in legacy platforms and Salesforce.
- Create comprehensive data mapping documents to ensure that data is accurately and efficiently transformed and loaded into the new system.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to define data mapping rules and business logic for the migration.
- Perform unit testing, data reconciliation, and post-migration validation to ensure that all data is accurately mapped and transformed.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues during migration, ensuring data integrity.
- Communicate progress, timelines, and challenges to key stakeholders throughout the migration process.
- Engage with business users to confirm that the data transformation and migration meet their reporting and operational requirements.
- Provide ongoing support after data migration to resolve any issues related to data accuracy or integration in Salesforce.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
- Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation (SFA)
- Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions
- Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
- Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex, Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Travel up to 20-50% depending on the client and industries you serve
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
- Prior experience in Project or program management
- Experience working with agile methodology
