Event Information:

• Date: Wednesday, October 9th
• Time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm EST (stop in anytime to meet with our hiring leaders)

• Scrubs or office casual (no suit or tie needed) and grab your friends, too!

What does the PCT role entail?

• Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off
• Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4-5 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
• Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.

What does a successful PCT look like?

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED
• Comfortable working around blood and needles, mixing acid or bicarb
• Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for other people in need
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
• Healthcare experience a plus: BONENT / Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) Certifications, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.

What does the RN role entail?

• Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off
• Starting and ending times can range from 3:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
• Oversee a group of dialysis patients with the partnership of trained PCTs
• Paid Dialysis Training provided

What does a successful RN look like?

• At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
• Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
• ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
• Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
