As a Strategic Client Advisor for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) EGWP, you will focus on leading superior operational, project management, reporting, metric tracking, and solutions specific to FEP's Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) line of business. You will be the day-to-day operational face to your clients; responsible for working on and leading strategic and tactical projects for assigned accounts, as well as internal project initiatives. In this role you will lead Account Team initiatives with a strong focus on enhancing the service and implementing process improvements, as well as provide oversight, guidance and mentoring for this client. You will also identify and implement departmental standard methodologies to ensure the client, and by extension, our team's success.You will accomplish this by:

  • Developing and implementing effective and sustainable business process improvements.
  • Identifying and analyzing nonvalue add tasks and items within your client portfolio and the department. Working collaboratively with your peers to identify feasible and sustainable solutions to these challenges.
  • Fostering teamwork and a supportive departmental culture with an emphasis on ensuring outstanding client service.
  • Building relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to fully understand client and member needs.
Your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction score targets, but also the process improvements you analyze and implement for your clients and colleagues. Your skills managing oversight of processes, proven ability to navigate effectively and hold others accountable to delivering on client commitments as well as managing client expectations or changes to committed deliverables will contribute to your success. You will operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the PBM marketplace.This is a work from home role. Candidates can live anywhere in the U.S.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in areas such as PBM or health plan account management, account services, implementation, Medicare, and/or related sales.
  • 2 or more years of work experience with client facing and operational functions such as benefit plan set-up, eligibility, member communications, retail networks and reporting.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience presenting to clients, as well as small and large groups.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience and experience with leading projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to actively identify solutions to enhance client delivery, operational efficiency, and lead implementation of items is preferred.
  • Exceptional partnership and leadership skills across departments with experience in leading technical and non-technical projects.
  • Strong organizational, time management, reporting, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with high demand, little to no guidance on complex issues and accounts.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
