We are looking for a skilled Talent Management Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Align Talent with Business Goals : By integrating talent management processes with business objectives, you'll ensure that the right people are in the right roles to drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Enhance Leadership Development : Managing leadership development programs will help cultivate future leaders, ensuring the organization has a strong pipeline of talent ready to step into key roles.
  • Improve Employee Engagement : Implementing and managing processes for employee engagement, onboarding, and retention will foster a positive work environment, leading to higher productivity and reduced turnover.
  • Drive Results and Performance Excellence : Developing and implementing metrics to analyze the impact of talent management initiatives will help identify areas for improvement and drive performance excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

Additional Information:

  • Prior experience in HR corporate roles and HR Business Partner (HRBP) positions is highly recommended.
  • The ideal candidate will be available to support stakeholders primarily in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

  • Apply Change Management : Utilize structured change management processes and tools to guide individuals and organizations through transitions, ensuring that changes are effectively implemented and sustained.
  • Talent Development Expertise : Demonstrating proficiency in Talent Development tools and aligning their outcomes with stakeholders' needs to provide effective solutions.
  • HR Consultancy Skills : Understanding stakeholders' needs and collaborating closely with them to achieve the desired talent outcomes.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

Significant level of relevant work experience required.
