Your Contribution
As member of member of the Commercial Finance Team, this role is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to the business that support strategic & operational planning process. This includes, but is not limited to the annual budgeting cycle, latest estimates (forecasts), strategic planning process. Key Responsibilities include:

- Support the International Wine & Spirits Division with preparing monthly reporting of financial performance and month-end accruals.
- Take lead in budget/forecast process and assist business partners with their budget/forecast preparation.
- Responsible for budget/forecast data upload and integrity in BPC reporting system.
- Consolidate actual/budget/forecast data for divisions and markets in Power BI.
- Conduct variance analysis to understand how budget/or rolling forecast compares against actual performance.
- Maintain International Wine & Spirits Division Pricing and COGS in Power BI.
- Prepare Distributer COGS Credit (for divisional reporting) and assist Operations Accountant with standard COGS calculation.
- Learn and develop SAP/OneStream functionality to become a SME (Subject Matter expert) for the business.
About You
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a complex finance department.
- Relevant tertiary degree with preference towards those with a bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
- Good knowledge of financial & management accounting frameworks.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in financial modelling.
- Curious mindset, with sound problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- While not essential, it would be advantageous if you had SAP knowledge.
