We've an exciting opportunity to join us as a Transaction Processor in our Account Recordkeeping department, you'll be trained in data entry to update shareholder details. Meeting to specific service level standards for transaction review and processing, is essential, so prioritising your daily tasks is crucial. Flexibility and dependability are key. A role you will love
Your tasks will include transferring shares, processing share sale requests, updating accounts (e.g., address changes), handling dividend payment elections, and other maintenance transactions. If you're the type that likes to be detailed oriented and take pride in working through a workload independently, you will find this position very rewarding.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle routine and complex data entry transactions and communicate with clients, brokers, or relationship managers, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
- Research, follow up, and resolve stakeholder inquiries and deficient transactions
- Review and verify legal documentation and client authorisation before processing
- Research any out of balance conditions with the Reconciliation Team
- Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.
- Required to work overtime and assist other functions or departments during peak volumes to meet client service level agreements
Working hours, Location & Salary
For this role, you'll work between our core hours 7:30 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Monday to Friday, with no weekends. Our Bristol office is located at Computershare, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Rd, Bristol BS99 6ZZ. To join our team, please ensure you live within an hour's commute of this location. The starting salary is £23,985.

- Good communication skills
- Good Technical skills, Computer skills
- Eager to learn
- Attention to detail, specifically for the purposes of Reading Comprehension
- Keen organisational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Willing to adhere to compliance-related class testing and certification as required.
- Good data entry skills
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment with productivity and quality standards
- Proficient in Microsoft packages preferred
