A Role You Will Love
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for an assigned client base of publicly traded or private companies. Clients may be Canadian or cross-border listed. Major responsibilities include responding to client inquiries and/or requests and providing exceptional service within established time frames. Your performance will be measured by meeting pre-established service standards and achieving specific Sales and Referral Targets.

Major Responsibilities:
- Over-all responsibility for and management of the relationship between Computershare and the client in relation to Stock Transfer services
- Profitable maintenance of designated accounts and for the up-sell of Transfer Agent related products and services, and cross-sell of other CPU lines of business
- Achievement of annual sales and referral targets, utilizing the required sales methodology
- Preparation/Coordinating for Closings, Corporate Actions, disbursements and security holder mailings and meetings along with all other client activities that involve their security holders
- Striving for and achieving 100% client retention, increasing profitability per client, the continual nurturing and growth of the client
- Managing of account receivables within required guidelines
- Co-ordination with other departments in connection with client requirements, including billing
- Effective and consistent use of specific programs and applications, in accordance with required guidelines
- Promoting and assisting clients with new products and services
- Mentoring of Associate RM
What Will You Bring to The Role?
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in the Securities Industry
- Post-secondary degree is preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable learning new computer systems
- Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize when encountering conflicting duties
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Relationship-building.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-Motivating
