Our client service group is responsible for managing and building our Issuer Service client relationships through the provision of innovative products and services.
A role you will love
Join us as the Meeting Service Delivery Operations Manager, a pivotal leadership position that reports directly to the Regional Meeting Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Issuer Services Registry and Front Office, to fulfill our clients' Meeting and Mailing need.
Your responsibilities include overseeing service delivery for Investor Relations products, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality. You will manage the entire process of preparing for and executing company meetings, including document production, system setup, and voting solutions. If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for shareholders and stakeholders, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Set direction, goals, and performance targets for the team, fostering a service-oriented environment
- Manage staff performance and collaborate with the Regional Meeting Manager to set and evaluate SMART goals
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective daily service delivery, meeting client and regulatory requirements
- Actively monitor client satisfaction and engage proactively to resolve issues
- Maintain a quality control framework to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Drive service improvements and efficiency through innovative processes and risk mitigation strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate relevant practices into operations
- Ensure accurate client billing and effective cost management to meet financial goals
- Establish operational standards to meet performance metrics and customer expectations
What will you bring to the role?
You will leverage your extensive knowledge of work processes and procedures to effectively support the team in executing seamless meetings and tabulation events. Your strong understanding of how various teams collaborate will ensure alignment toward achieving overall goals, allowing you to adapt operational procedures to enhance service delivery and meet client expectations.

Desired experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or extensive relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
