Essential Functions:
Provides direct high-level administrative support to the President and members of Senior Leadership team of Cello Health Insight
Strategically manages multiple day-day calendars for President and Senior Leadership
This position requires heavy scheduling and closely tracking calendars
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the President and Senior Leadership across Cello Health Globally
Event Planning:
Manages and plans events for up to 30 attendees; includes remote and in-person venues
Provides support for teams attending events ensuring display materials are ordered and shipped to conference sites
Plans travel for company staff attending conferences and manages corporate travel agency
Expense Reporting:
Oversees Cello Health Insight expense reporting process for President and Senior Leadership team
Manages expense accounts including reimbursements
Vendor management to include credit card providers, etc.
Supports finance activities on an ad hoc basis
Ensures the organizational chart is kept current
Responsible for all aspects of Cello Health Insight’s freelancer process, including organizing / scheduling / tracking, ensuring all relevant agreements are executed prior to the commencement of work
Collaborates with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, and other volunteer efforts
Maintains a professional attitude, even in challenging situations
Other duties as assigned
