About the role

The purpose of this position is to provide support to project management operations, administration, and management for projects from inception through completion. The key areas of focus include effective, efficient, and timely utilization of the project management web-based project tracking system by the field project team, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Will be the administrator of Kahua, a web-based project management system for AMS-managed projects.
  • Support training, troubleshooting, improvements, and system audits.
  • Ensure efficient use of the Kahua system by users, including management of project financials, accounting, milestones, risks, comments, and other key project details.
  • Coordinate with finance and local teams to support high-level project budget and cost tracking across all supported AMS countries including the US and Canada.
  • Manage and administer program reporting associated with the Kahua system. Collaborate with the technology team to build, maintain/improve, and scrub reports as prompted by the program.
  • Support consistent and effective governance practices for Kahua, comprised of record retention, project close-outs/reconciliation, etc.
  • Calculating intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions in order to conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Will be analyzing and interpreting a variety of documents such as lease agreements, lien waivers, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from a college or University.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project-administrative, database management, and/or performance reporting experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of interpreting contracts, lien waivers, and leases related to the real estate industry.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
