Job Summary
The Global Enterprise Platforms Director will play a key role in managing, supporting, and delivering initiatives related to the global record to report workstream (RTR), including Intercompany, Financial Close and Consolidation functions. This position lies at the core of our financial platform activities and primarily focuses on PeopleSoft ERP Financials, OneStream, and Trintech Cadency systems.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage the support and enablement of the Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM RTR (GL, AM, LA, Lease Admin modules), Trintech Cadency, OneStream Consolidations, and other financial systems.
- Lead project delivery, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring alignment with our strategic direction.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial close and consolidation functions.
- Collaborate with global teams (customers, PTP & CTC workstreams) to standardize and improve record to report workstream.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial data, leading routine audits and system checks; including ownership for our system ITGCs (IT General Controls) and ITACs (IT Access Controls).
- Deliver training and education to enhance the team's knowledge and usage of systems and applications.
- Coordinate the strategic development and rollout of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, applying them to our financial platforms.
- Spearhead innovation within the RTR workstream by guiding automation and AI related initiatives for the RTR workstream.
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key Finance support metrics and trends, and developing actionable plans to improve support based on data-driven insights.
