Job Title: PLM Technical Manager

Job description:
PLM technical manager to work closely with clients on their product lifecycle management/digital transformation journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead customers through large Digital Thread & Twin transformation journeys and deliver complex projects;
- Establish digital transformation strategies, capabilities, and technologies to meet customer's PLM needs and drive business outcomes;
- Lead PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives;
- Design and implement Teamcenter PLM system architecture and development roadmap;
- Guide the design of the overall software architecture and ensure software quality, effectiveness, performance, and reliability;
- Work with key IT stakeholders to develop PLM/ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) system infrastructure and provide hardware sizing guidelines;
- Lead customer requirements gathering sessions and technical design strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads and business teams to develop PLM road map;
- Configure, customize, and build Teamcenter solutions to meet business requirements;
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Developers to support drawing estimates, developing prototypes, and implementing quality solutions;
- Implement PLM/CAD interoperability strategies;

Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in Teamcenter.
- TC Senior Architect level experience working with various Teamcenter project
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts and best practices
- 5+ years for T4S/AIG integration experience
- Familiarity with Teamcenter ITK customization, which involves creating customized business logic and data manipulation using ITK programming language (C/C++)
- Experience in Active Workspace Client (AWC) customization
- Ability to drive the business stakeholders and understand the business scenario to provide user friendly solutions
- Ability to lead and drive the UAT sessions
- Ability to identify performance issues in environment and address them proactively by leveraging the support team
