Title: MES Business Analyst

Location: Richmond VA

Duration: Full Time

Job description:

• Liaison between development teams, client's information technology (IT) and manufacturing operations stakeholders
• Collaborate with business partners to identify needs, gather requirements, and define IT solution scopes.
• Document process flows of AS-IS and To be processes including interfaces, data exchanges, update frequencies , roles and access etc
• Create functional documentation for MES program
• Act as the Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical team members.
• Participate in User story definitions inclusive of acceptance criteria and test scenarios applicable.

• Exposure to MES application (Traksys preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience in CPG or related Industry
• Bachelor's degree in industrial back ground preferred
• Blend of technical expertise, manufacturing process knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
