Job Description

The Schedule and Payroll Coordinator is an entry level opportunity with room for career advancement. Scheduling Coordinators is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating employees schedules and appointments on the Campus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating, managing and updating schedules for housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor staff
  • Coordinating and communicating schedule changes to all relevant parties
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts and handling last-minute changes or cancellations
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and events by coordinating spaces and times
  • Communicating with staff, clients, or other stakeholders to determine scheduling needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with other departments or teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining records of schedules, attendance, and employee availability
  • Using scheduling software or tools to keep track of schedules and changes
  • Ensuring efficient and effective time management for optimal productivity
  • Work closely with ES leadership and sales team to improve overall business metrics.
  • Responsible for tracking ES training programs.
  • Support the ES marketing team in the development of proposal and presentation materials.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or HR preferred*
  • Ability to be proactive, highly motivated and be able to work as part of a team that provides measurable outcomes to our clients. Excellent oral and writing skills are required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools
  • Ability to handle stress and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
