Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Familiar with 2D harness drawing creation, Auto CAD, CHS/I-harness application.
• Collect/organize customer requirements and standard information, design conversion of wire harness business products.
• Generate and manage maintenance related technical documents, and timely convert customer's technical requirements into internal project Files，Chart, BOM, ECN etc...
• As the first interface department with customers, collect and communicate customer needs and feedback, and provides relevant technical support to communicate and support the work of other relevant departments within the company to meet the needs of customers.
• Continue to research VAVE for product, carry out and improve lean design concepts, and reflect the competitive advantages of products.
• Provide technical exhibitions, exchanges and other support activities for the expansion of new business, support the quotation and design analysis of new projects.

• Bachelor Degree (on Electrical engineering, automation and control)
• English literacy/communication skills.
• Strong communication, management and coordination skills, good and positive working attitude, be able to withstand work pressure and certain business trips, be with team spirit; results-oriented, result-oriented; problem-solving skills.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility.
• People who are willing to accept change and open minds.
• Proficiency in using software such as Auto CAD\Office\CHS.
• Familiar with Aptiv operating system and workflow process.
