Description

We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and highly skilled Program Manager to lead regulatory programs, projects, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and objectives, and help navigate conflicts and competing priorities with diplomacy and data-driven insights. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities - Lead the planning, management, and execution of regulatory projects of varying size and scope. - Prepare change impact assessments to understand required actions across functions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the development of project plans, business requirements, solution design, testing, cutover, training, and communications. - Assess current processes for improvement opportunities and transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects. - Meet or exceed project milestones (on time, within budget, and scope) through effective resource allocation, issue identification, and risk management. - Ensure project activities are well communicated prior to the start, during, and after the project completes. - Identify, automate, track, and report on project and program metrics for continuous analysis and improvement. - Present regularly to leadership on status of Regulatory Program initiatives; escalate, explain, and offer solutions when risks/issues are present. - Partner with teams across Apple to drive critical regulatory activities, fostering collaboration across varying priorities and business interests.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience running global multiple end-end complex technical and non-technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • At least 3+ years of direct experience working on regulatory and compliance-focused projects.
  • Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering team collaboration.
  • BS/BA degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organization skills with acute attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ideal candidate will be a great teammate and motivated self-starter, comfortable working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, flexible and a dedicated problem solver. Listening and learning are key.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly organize and convey information across functions and levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, own activities across diverse business units and geographical boundaries.
  • Comfortable expressing a point of view and inspiring change and encourage others to identify benefits, risks, and mitigation plans when influencing project decisions
  • Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other P tools preferred; familiarity with project management software like Wrike or Omniplan is a plus.
  • MBA or an advanced degree, PMP certification.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
