This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the comprehensive enterprise third-party risk management (TPRM) processes, ensuring potential risks associated with suppliers and non-supplier third parties are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and standards. You will develop and own the end-to-end TPRM process, including value stream maps, standard work, continuous improvement and process metrics necessary to manage and monitor third-party risks effectively. Serves as the TPRM process SME for the enterprise, including developing and delivering training and materials, communicating with all levels of stakeholders on best practices and health of the TPRM processes. You will report to the Senior Manager Procurement Transformation.

Position Compensation Range:
$97,000.00 - $164,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
• Ensures regular business alignment and prioritization of demand with resource and budgetary capacity. Collaborates with cross functional teams. Periodically reviews status of projects and makes adjustments as necessary
• Establishes, maintains, and provides management reporting using appropriate metrics.
• Ensures effective communication with project sponsors, project managers, functional and resource managers, and other stakeholders.
• Engages key stakeholders to evaluate proposed and ongoing projects based on value, risk, effort, cost and strategic alignment.
• Provides formal training and support for project and portfolio management.
• Develops and maintains governance tools, templates, guidelines, procedures and processes• Leads with influence and expertise.
• Actively contributes to division or department leadership team.• Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices
.• Accountable for TPRM process effectiveness in alignment with TPRM Policy and Standards.
• Identifies, prioritizes and leads execution of TPRM process continuous improvement backlog with emphasis on increasing process efficiency and improved outcomes
• Collaborates with Head of TPRM on practicality and effectiveness of TPRM policy/standards
• Oversees TPRM process training for Procurement, Risk Partners and Stakeholders
• Develops and owns TPRM process metrics and provides reporting on process performance to Head of TPRM, Procurement Leadership and Senior Management
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Extensive experience with project/program and portfolio management tools, methods and practices.
- Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience with budget, metrics and other operational analyses.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of operational and strategic planning.

Additional Preferred Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive risk management processes.
- 5+ years' experience in third party risk management, enterprise risk management, compliance, audit, procurement, or a related field, with a focus on third party risk.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of privacy, data security, cyber risk, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices, preferably in a financial services or insurance environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and best practices for third-party risk management.
- Proven leadership skills, including experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in risk management software, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Preferred Certifications: CRISC, CTPRP, or equivalent risk management certifications
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110
