Alteryx is searching for a Sr. Revenue Operations Business Partner (Global Alliances & Channels). This position is remote-friendly; however, it is preferred that candidates be based in EST.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Business Partner to join our operations team support our Alliances & Channels team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Alteryx Partner Ecosystem by driving operational excellence and empowering the Partner Acceleration Office, PAM leaders, and alternate channel leaders to effectively engage with and support our partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance-to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, optimize partner programs, and ensure operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage the "rhythm of the business" for the partner organization, including key cadences such as forecasting, QBRs, partner account planning and reviews, and pipeline reviews.
- Design and streamline internal processes, systems, and workflows to support the activities of the Partner Acceleration Office, PAM leaders, and alternate channel leaders.
- Define and implement internal tools and resources to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and increase data accuracy for all stakeholders.
- Assist the strategy and planning team with fiscal year planning-including headcount planning, account/territory allocation, quota planning, alignment with core sales teams, and support functions.
- Ensure revenue operations have clear onboarding and process documentation to support new hires within the partner organization.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests from the team, clarifying requirements and actioning them effectively.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant partner agreements and internal policies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Establish and analyze key partner performance metrics (e.g., revenue, pipeline, deal registrations) to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
- Leverage data analysis to drive strategic decisions, optimize partner programs, and support forecasting cadences for leadership and our CRO.
- Collaborate with the FP&A and Insights teams to define and refine reports and dashboards used to manage the entire partner organization.
- Program Development & Execution:
- Manage and execute various strategic partner-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion across all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to the Partner Acceleration Office, PAM leaders, and alternate channel leaders on program execution and partner engagement strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams, PAM leaders, and alternate channel leaders to develop and implement new partner programs and initiatives that align with Alteryx's business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or a related field (with a focus on internal operations or program management preferred).
- Expertise in channel and alliance sales motions, including partner sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal registration analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, and Partner Operations teams.
- A passion for the technology industry and a strong interest in the partner ecosystem.
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $149,000 - $184,400.
Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, such as a bonus or commission, medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
