The Business Intelligence Lead Consultant is responsible for the delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytics consulting solutions, including demonstrating proficiency at the architecture level as well as the ability to develop one or more projects concurrently.

- Translates business requirements into technical architectures
- Collaborate with Allstate Roadside (ARS) business users to analyze and monitor business performance metrics
- Serves as a subject matter expert in assigned domain and effectively work with internal business units to deliver the Reports, Insights, and self-service capabilities
- Interprets and draws conclusions from business data, demonstrating an understanding of overall business needs and desires that apply to a project or program
- Perform an enablement role to facilitate Business Intelligence Developers and Data Scientists and in locating, understanding and selecting the appropriate ARS data and delivering the Insights, Self-Service, and Models
- Defines and manages the full development lifecycle to meet client needs.
- Engineer and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Develop and modify relational data models.
- Provide visualization and self-service solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
- Identify problem sources and propose/implement fact-based solutions.
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Education & Experience (in lieu)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
