Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power BI developer with 6-8 years of work experience. Ideal candidate, along with ability to write/modify complex SQL queries also possesses intermediate level Tableau knowledge. Candidate should have good communication skills to gather requirements from the stakeholders and translate those into insights.

Job Responsibilities
- Be a mentor to the junior members of the team
- Provide high quality (accurate, timely, relevant) financial and operational reports to support business partners' performance improvement initiatives
- Inspire trust and confidence throughout the organization by leveraging strategic and diplomatic relationship building skills
- Independently design and build medium to high complexity financial and/or operational reports
- Lead and/or collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up recurring reports and dashboards, and support end-users throughout the reporting product lifecycle
- Partner with team members, and business partners, to ensure complete post-implementation validation and user acceptance testing
- Ideate and implement creative reporting and data visualization concepts to gain efficiencies, best depict information, and craft action plans to improve overall business processes
- Design, build, populate, and maintain medium to high complexity interactive infographic dashboards using BI software
- Design, build, and maintain medium to high complexity SQL queries using various Database tools
