HR Project Specialist

ADP is hiring a HR Project Specialist.

In this role, you will support various HR leaders through project work and assist with implementation of business-wide initiatives. You will run operational reporting and perform analysis upon request. In addition, you will support them with calendar management and ad hoc projects.

What you'll do:

  • Provides professional, analytical, and technical support to HR related projects and initiatives including the interpretation and maintenance of HR programs and procedures
  • Receives and executes on assignments in the form of objectives
  • Manages proactive programs involving knowledge of the business
  • Creates customized reporting and runs standard reporting
  • Proactively manages and communicates calendar of HR initiatives for leaders
  • Participates on organization-wide and cross functional project teams
  • Write correspondence and other communications for leaders
  • Maintain accurate notetaking and record keeping
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders for leaders

To succeed in this role:

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Human resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative, HR project management
  • Skills: Organizational Skills, analysis Skills, ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace, and the ability to multi-task well, strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Job Complexity: Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation and data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
