Für unseren Store in Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort einen Filialleiter / Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Storeleitung nach zentralseitigen Vorgaben
- Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Inventurergebnisse und aller verwaltenden Personaltätigkeiten u.a. Personaleinsatzplanung
- Umsetzung gegebener Konzepte und Richtlinien mit Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
- Maximierung des Standortpotenzials
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Agieren als Motivator, Vorbild und Coach, sowie Schaffung einer Kommunikationskultur
Dein Profil:
- Führungserfahrung im Rahmen von Großflächenkonzepten/ größerer Teams
- Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse u.a. in der Auswertung von KPIs
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft/ der Langzeitplanung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude in einer dynamischen Kultur
- Hands-On Mentalität
