Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management
- Creates, maintains, and updates project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
Resource Coordination
- Allocates and manages resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and meet project goals.
- Applies techniques to control the demand upon a particular resource or service.
Risk Management
- Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation plans, and implements strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitates clear and consistent communication with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring
- Tracks project progress, analyses performance data, and provides regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
- Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and complies with industry regulations and company policies
Continuous Improvement
- Conducts post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implements best practices for future projects
Team Collaboration
- Fosters a collaborative working environment by facilitating team meetings, encouraging open communication, and resolving conflicts.
Other
- Carryout any other reasonable duties as requested.
Functional Competencies (Technical knowledge/Skills)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data
- Modelling, Process Modelling and/or other development methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Experience, Education, and Certifications
- Proven professional experience as a Project Planner or in a similar role.
- Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders.
- Experience of regulated environments (GxP, Financial, etc…) or relevant experience from another domain that is transferable.
- Solid proven experience of working in and knowledge of medical imaging or clinical development in the life sciences industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (engineering/project management) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
- English: Fluent.
