With a mission to revitalize American cities, VFA recruits and trains top college grads to work at startups in emerging entrepreneurial hubs across the country. Throughout their two-year fellowship, VFA Fellows learn alongside experienced entrepreneurs at growing companies to gain the skills and experience they need to build businesses and create jobs.
