Gautam leads the Sales and Retention team for Healthfirst’s Long Term Care products. They develop referral channels through provider network and community organizations, and market to consumers. They also track metrics, review market trends, and develop efficiencies to improve enrollment timelines.

Marian leads a team of analysts who are responsible for evaluating new medical cost savings initiatives, identifying performance trends, and reporting out achieved savings. As a prior Summer Trailblazer intern, she was able to hone her skills before joining Healthfirst as a full time team member.

As a Product Owner for the Corporate Business Technology Team, Iris manages a team of IT Developers who focus on enhancing and maintaining internal collaboration platforms. This team supports the strategy and technology that provide Enterprise Collaboration & Intranet access within Healthfirst.

Healthfirst supports individuals, teams, and leaders in their learning and development through customized new hire training programs in product knowledge, systems application, compliance, and member service skills for all sales, clinical, operations, IT, and business management employees. To help employees become better professionals and equip them with the skills they need to manage themselves and their teams, Healthfirst's new hire programs are a combination of virtual learning at an employee’s home base and facilitator-led learning at the NYC and Lake Mary offices.
