Jillian’s passion is helping others build fulfilling professional lives. She loves everything career-related—job searching (including resume-writing), networking, interviewing, negotiating, and even goal-setting and action planning. Sounds fun, right? On your own, all of the above can feel daunting, to say the least—which is why she’s here to provide guidance and support. During your time together, you can expect to gain a clear vision of your future career path, learn to position yourself as the best possible candidate, and confidently pursue your career aspirations. Before launching her business, JML Career Coaching, Jillian was a coveted career counselor at Georgetown University’s Career Center. In addition to private coaching, she most recently oversaw the career-coach community and programming at an education tech startup, so she has experience with people at all stages of their career. And because she’s been heavily involved in recruiting, knows what makes candidates stand out from the pack throughout the entire hiring process. Jillian has been featured at The Muse, the National Career Development Association Conference and the Department of Defence’s Military Spouse Symposium.
