Lindsay McGregor

Lindsay McGregor is the co-author of New York Times bestselling book, Primed to Perform, a groundbreaking introduction to the science behind high-performing cultures the likes of Southwest and Starbucks. She is also the co-founder of Vega Factor, which builds technology to help organizations transform their cultures. Previously, Lindsay led projects at McKinsey & Company, working with large Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, universities and school systems. She received her B.A. from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard. In her spare time, she loves investigating and sharing great stories.
